We are a family-owned business incorporated in Tennessee. Doing business at JPP Property Management, our team currently maintains and manages over 300 rental units at various locations and 3 hotels in Morristown, TN. Our companies excel in constructing and renovating properties including, but not limited to, houses, apartments, stores, and hotels. At JPP, we are “investing today for tomorrow”.

In the early 1990s, Dharmesh moved to Tennessee in search of new opportunities in the hospitality industry. After strong determination, he opened his first hotel, a Super 8 in Morristown, Tennessee in summer of 1997. This then laid the foundation for what is now JPP Holdings and numerous other entities.

Director of Hotel Sales
I bring 15+ years of hotel management experience specializing in sales and revenue management. My goal is to maximize occupancy, increase revenue, and improve performance across every property.
Director of LIHTC Compliance
I bring 10+ years of management experience. I am committed to ensuring our tenants receive responsive service while maintaining our properties to the highest standards.
Certified Bookkeeper
I bring 40+ years of bookkeeping experience. I take pride in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring every transaction is accounted for with precision.
Property Inspector
I bring 5+ years of property management experience. I perform detailed property inspections, oversee inventory, and help maintain our properties to the highest standards.
General Project Manager
I bring 5+ years of project management experience. I coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely completion every step of the way.
Residential Project Manager
I bring 10+ years of residential construction experience and hold a residential contractor license. I specialize in delivering quality residential and multifamily construction projects.
Commercial Project Manager
I bring 40+ years of commercial construction experience and hold a commercial contractor license. I specialize in building hotels and commercial developments.
